Independent procurement service

Ridepoint Sourcing coordinates strut and shock RFQs

We clarify requirements and collect supplier responses for automotive strut assemblies and shock absorbers. Manufacturing claims, damping data and packing commitments belong to the actual supplier named on a quotation.

Service scope must be agreed for each inquiry. No founding year, factory count or customer roster is published because those assets are not on file.

Responsibilities and evidence boundaries

What buyers control

Application requirements, optional budget with currency and per-unit or total-order basis, quantity by corner, packing unit and acceptance decisions. High-end, mid-range, budget or undecided preferences describe cost trade-offs, not audited vendor grades.

What the service coordinates

Requirement clarification, requests for length, mount geometry, spring inclusion and damping documents, documented quotation comparisons and sample logistics questions. Ridepoint Sourcing does not inspect plants on an unpublished schedule.

What suppliers confirm

Fitment references, production scope, new versus remanufactured condition, documents, sample terms, batch identifiers and shipment commitments. Performance claims stay on the supplier’s declared test basis.

What remains open

No own-factory identity, authorization, customer count or savings claim is implied. Interchange and ride-quality outcomes remain outside this independent sourcing partner role until the buyer accepts a named offer.
